We are a husband and wife team who have always worked together. Sounds good right?

But in our 30-year partnership, we have had our share of disasters. At our very first marriage conference speaking engagement, we weren’t even talking to each other because we were so annoyed. But we never gave up. 

Since then we have been on a journey of learning to appreciate each other’s strengths and leveraging those strengths for greater effectiveness. We find that together, we are better.

Our own bumpy journey became a passion to help other leaders learn to lead with others well and excel in the area of relational health. Leaders with strong relationships simply do better in their work and in their life.

We both hold Masters Degrees in Leadership and are certified Leadership Coaches. We LOVE helping couples develop a larger vision for their partnerships.
