Here is a little more about the McAlisters...

Darcy has a rich background in team leadership and people development. For 11 years he directed Next Generation Ministries for a church denomination, overseeing several hundred churches and their initiatives with students. Darcy organized multiple conferences for thousands of students each year, worked with teams of leaders, and developed a strong internship program. For 12 years Darcy served as the Personnel Director for the Mission’s arm of his denomination. He worked with hundreds of leaders in over fifty countries.  This involved training, conflict management, development and recruiting. He holds an MA in Leadership from TWU and is a Leadership Coach accredited through Essential Impact.

Leanne helps others discover their passion, gifting and purpose. Throughout her MA in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University, Leanne focused on women and leadership. As founder and director of the ZOE Network, she is a tireless advocate and champion of women around the world. ZOE Projects works in four key areas: Health, Human/Sex Trafficking, Economic Empowerment and Education… all with a heart for spiritual transformation. Through ZOE Resources, women are prepared for influence in their work and communities. Leanne is also a Leadership Coach accredited through Essential Impact.

Darcy and Leanne have travelled extensively across Canada and around the world speaking and participating in leadership and marriage conferences.

They have been married for 31 years and have raised 3 great kids who are all married. They also recently become grandparents! Darcy and Leanne love helping couples deepen their relationship and become more intentional about their partnership.
